After serving in the military and completing his studies in Colorado, Chad launched EIM with a commitment to quality, integrity, and creative problem-solving. Together with his wife, Andrea, Chad has lived and worked across various regions of the United States, enriching Earth in Motion’s portfolio and equipping the company with a unique ability to adapt to diverse environmental conditions.

 

Over the years, EIM has built a reputation for completing some of the most detailed and influential projects in the industry. Among Chad’s favorite projects are building ponds—a passion inspired by fishing trips with his son, Sam, who is a member of his high school fishing team.
